Second, if there is a bigger issue, like your Surface stops working, you can request a service here: Surface Service Request.
In case you decide to use this service, make sure you sign in online and register your Surface. This will help you check your device’s warranty online. In some cases, Microsoft can replace your Surface if the warranty has not expired.
